If you place an order online on your own account, it will be considered a regular sale and not a warranty claim. Please note that this replacement order must be placed with our RMA department. Once you return the defective part to the manufacturer and it is determined to be defective under warranty, we will credit your account with the full purchase price, excluding shipping.
